1. About us
This website, kneetique.com, is operated by Kneetique, a business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at asa.commerce00@gmail.com.
These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. Please read them, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, before ordering.
2. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful, personal shopping purposes only. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy our content for commercial use without our permission.
3. Our products
The Kneetique Heated Knee Massager is a personal massager designed for relaxation and comfort. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Please read and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use it on broken or irritated skin, and consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have any medical condition or concern.
We try to show our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from images depending on your screen.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). If you choose to view prices in another currency, the amount is converted at the current exchange rate and your card provider may apply its own rate or fees. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices for orders delivered outside the UK do not include any import duties or taxes charged on arrival (see our Shipping Policy).
If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order and our contract
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm it has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We'll deliver your order to the address you provide, within the estimated times set out in our Shipping Policy. The products become your responsibility once they've been delivered to that address, and they become your property once we've received full payment.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described. Our Refund Policy explains how this works and forms part of these terms.
8. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use only.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The Kneetique name, logo, website content and images are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use them without our written permission.
10. Your personal information
We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you may also be entitled to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
